Booked an appointment for an engineer a week in advance with full details of the fault. Waited in all day. When I phoned them they had no record of the booking. Won't bother again.

Tring TV are very knowledgeable about TVs. They came out and fixed a problem with our TV reception, explained what the problem was and put it right. A very professional and friendly service, I'd highly recommend them.
