Neville Jolley Turf Supplier

Really disappointed. Ordered to be delivered for today. Ring to confirm ETA as I hadn't heard anything, only to find out they're not delivering.Apparently a piece of machinery has broken down, but only after I ask why they can no longer deliver do they give me this reason. Neville Jolley made no attempt to call and let me know they could no longer deliver, I had to call them. They just told me it would be delivered later in the week, without asking whether I would be in (to pay) or whether convenient.Appauling service, really disappointed and a total waste of my day off.

Smashing service

Ordered turf, came quickly and turf looks OK. HOWEVER, the service and attitude of the people were terrible. I asked if they could put the turf at one side of the house (right by the pavement) and they put it at the opposite side of the house on a gravel drive, even after I'd asked them not to. I had to struggle lifting it all 50 yards down the pavement myself, which they watched me do as they offloaded. This wasn't like I was asking them to lift it into the back garden, this was the equivalent of them putting it on next door but one's driveway, when asked not to. Soil and grass has been left all over the gravel drive as they also put it in multiple places. I would actually pay more to not use them again in the future, I work in construction and will be advising all sites I oversee not to use this company.
