Booked a taxi to go to Heathrow airport when travelling to USA with my baby. Arrived on time and very good service helped me with my bags and also provided a babyseat which was a added bonus. Super professional and sent confirmation before hand and easy to book the return journey also. Highly recommend especially to families who want to travel in comfort and luxe cars.

I was taking my daughter to see Hamilton in the West End for her birthday when the train strike was announced for the same weekend. I am not confident enough to drive in London myself, and was getting very stressed about how to get there and home again . I had used Diwan before, and was so impressed with the quality of the car and his lovely manner. It was surprisingly good value and made a potentially fraught experience positively effortless. Picked up door to door, exceptionally comfortable journey, and Diwan was absolutely charming with my daughter (made some very good documentary suggestions for her geography homework too!). Would definitely use again
