Had an amazing night on Sunday. It was Alex the DJs last karaoke night but what a fantastic evening much respect to all the staff. Thank you John for your hospitality and Lindsey was a brilliant service great dancing and singing 100% will be back

Music is always good, lights and atmosphere nice. I’m seeing a lot of issues about the security listed here but honestly, they’re so nice when you respect them and their coworkers at the end of the day they’re here to do a job, the bar staff are always going to be the more chatty ones… Fantastic when it comes to people being inappropriate, guy forcefully grabbed me last night and wouldn’t let me go, security and bar staff were very caring/understanding/apologetic, took me to a safe place, kicked the guy out and photographed him. I wouldn’t feel safe in any other club.

Molly Lawson, bless you. Tonight I have also been thrown out the club after spending 81£ for me my wife and my friend. After couple of hours I've been grabbed by the security officers in a very aggressive way, just because I moaned that the bar staff served a client be4 me. I cant belive it, disgusting and unprofessional behaviour, racist staff. I did security in luton and abroad also as a doorman, I have 15 years experience but ive never experienced anything like this. Shocking behaviour. But the security who grabbed me from behind out of nowhere had a good kiss with the floor though. They all so unprofessional. And arrogant. The place is a wreck as it is I don't know why they feel so above the clouds. Ill never go there again. Manger is a girl, very racist and very aggressive character.

Disgusting treatment last night by staff. Was accused of ‘grabbing’ one of the bartenders. In which I’m then getting dragged out the club forcefully by two security whilst been shouted and sworn at by a women who I’m sure worked there too. As I get out the door the same women proceeded to swear and shout abuse at me for no reason and security do nothing about this but tell me to leave or they’ll call the police. Will NEVER be coming back to this place. Disgraceful.

I visited the club for the first time in years , I am very impressed by the bar staff , they remembered my drink every time I went to the bar .What I am more impressed with is the outstanding gentlemen that cleans up all the spilt drinks on the floor , the security guard moves everyone out of the way and holds a torch to the floor and the man gets on his knees and cleans it all up , the speed in which this happens is very impressive, I observed another lady walking around constantly checking for spillages and safety of the customers.The productivity of these individuals was impressive.

I used to go to Flame religiously when I turned 18 in 2018. The club had a pole, it had a proper LGBTQ+ safe atmosphere and played the classic gay anthems/artists like Britney Spears, Kim Petras, Charli XCX etc.However, since the club reopened since the pandemic. Wow has Flame shifted.Flame used to feel like an LGBTQ+ safe space and felt like a proper gay club.Now it's full of chavvy road men in trackies, whilst the club plays hip hop rap music such as Aitch etc.The club advertises as a gay club and is nothing of the sort now.The last time I went to Flame I received homophobia in the queue and the bouncer heard and did not do anything and let the person in! Even though it's a gay club.I used to be a regular at Flame and was recognised by a lot of the staff. This club will never see me again as it is NOT a gay club and NOT a LGBTQ+ safe space.

Me and my friends decided to come here for a night out as we came here frequently pre-COVID (Worst decision we ever made).We paid £31 for wristbands each to only get 4 drinks. We were waiting for approximately 30 minutes each time to be served as the staff seemed to only care about people who were paying with card/cash and ignored everyone with wristbands. We watched multiple staff ignore us to serve the people next to us with card or cash payment even though we said we were still waiting to be served. Maybe if the bar staff weren't grinding on each other and doing shots constantly behind the bar as well we might have actually been seen quicker.We were constantly being harassed by strangers which put a further downer on our night. The music was awful compared to what it used to be too. The upstairs bar, toilets and lounge was also shut, and the hygiene was terrible, we literally watched a man going from cleaning the floor to serving drinks without washing his hands.Honestly, you'll have a better night going to Wetherspoons and at least you'll get your drinks..

Decent music but just to set your expectations, it isn’t really a space for queer people as it is mostly straight people. Was being hit on by much older straight men throughout the night despite having gone with a girl friend. Security seems helpful tho and staff is friendly as well.

I went with my friends that came all the way from London to visit me and they didn't want to accept my friend's UK residence card as a form of ID, which clearly states her date of birth. The guy asking for our IDs was very rude to us so we just left. Terrible establishment and customer service.

Security good, bar staff great. DJ’s wicked. Management team on the ball, approachable and know what they are doing. Luton is a multicultural town and it shows in here. Everyone is welcome just leave any prejudice at the door and you’ll have a wicked night
