At My World VIP, no detail is too much. Hayley and her team take extreme pride in making sure every request is delivered to the best standard possible. I wouldn’t recommend any other concierge company for all your luxury needs.

My World VIP helped us to organise our holiday to Mallorca with booking a lovely villa and making other arrangements for us. They are very responsive, and we would definitely use My World VIP again.

One of my best choices in my vacation was My World VIP. They were big help in my reservations in restaurants, spas, car rentals and more. They even get us two private chefs, Santy and Nacho and they were the best in the kitchen (5 stars for them). They fulfilled all ours needs, no matter what. Highly recommend!!Robert

I used MyWorld VIP to plan my proposal in Mallorca from the U.K. From the get go I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and level of assistance even before confirming. The constant communication, updates and assistance during the planning made this otherwise daunting event a smooth ride. I will most certainly be using MyWorldVIP in the future. I cant recommend the service My World VIP more highly. They have been professional and personable from the first contact. Nothing have been to much trouble. Everything has been organised and booked ahead of our trip giving us the peace of mind. All I can say is we cant wait for the summer, to have the team look after us from the moment we land. My wife and I were delighted  with such a top notch service provided by My World VIP. They took care of car rentals reservations, spas, restaurants, hotel accomodations, etc. Chefs Nacho and Santi pleased our gourmet  demandings  exquisitely. Bravooo!

When I booked a villa on Mallorca for our family and friends, a concierge service was included in the rental. While I wasn't sure what that would encompass, I was soon turned over to the good hands of My World VIP, and received an introduction from Hayley. What good fortune! I had no idea how helpful they would be and Hayley went above and beyond my expectations. I'm not sure what I would have done without her! She couldn't have been more accommodating: patiently responding to my million and one emails, helping me with an itinerary for each day's outings, providing restaurant recommendations, and then placing reservations for me. She even got us into restaurants that are notoriously difficult to book! Hayley was very familiar with the island and had tips on all the best places.We asked Hayley if she could book us a chef one evening, so we could relax and enjoy dinner at our beautiful home. Our group requested Paella, and we had the pleasure of being served by 2 wonderful chefs, Santi and Ricardo. They welcomed us into the kitchen so we could observe the prep process, and then we watched as they finished the Paella in a large pan out on the grill. It was outstanding! What a lovely evening, and in retrospect, I wish we had booked a chef for more than one night.Hayley offered us many other forms of entertainment, such as outdoor movies at home, or a day on the water, but we just weren't able to fit it into our schedule. Next time!I can't thank Hayley, and the team on Mallorca, enough for providing us with such a memorable vacation. I highly recommend their service!
