I first bought a F8 Ferrari two years ago & found all the staff very helpful & now just received my new Ferrari 296 GTB & always delighted with there service & The sales man i met each time was most helpful Richard Thompson was his name a great credit to Gray Paul. These guys....my go-to Ferrari dealership before attending the annual Goodwood Festival of Speed. Such friendly staff. Always have some rare gems. My 1st visit couple of years ago included seeing 1of499 Ferrari 458 Specialé. Definitely recommend checking out. The service center even has some crazy rare cars. The legendary F40 and F50 each work over £1m. On one occasion there was a LaFerrari (customer car), another occasion a Ferrari F1 car (customer car) and another occasion a Ferrari Enzo...we asked the sales guy if we could sit in it...a dream come true thanks to those guys. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. A bonus is that a Porsche dealership is opposite and 10 minutes drive is Rybrook McLaren.

Extremely disappointed. Purchased a vehicle from the dealership last year - with no proper handover, no demo of the controls, no aftercare advice and then no follow-up. The car was persistently back in the dealership for remedial work until finally I decided to make a complaint. It was agreed to assist me with a part-exchange of the car without any further financial burden placed upon me - this was agreed. I'd already placed a deposit with the group for another car. When I requested this back - they returned it with over £4k deducted due to their own failures with the previous part-exchange. As a customer it leaves a bitter taste. I do feel conned out of money, promises have been broken and the service has been absolutely atrocious - throughout my experience with this dealership it has been extremely difficult to communicate with staff members and they don't ever come back to you at specific (and agreed - and promised) dates and times. On every occasion there is an excuse. Really poor. I'd go elsewhere if you're wanting/expecting Ferrari-level service.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with Graypaul. The staff are incredibly engaged, enthusiastic and well informed about cars. Very enjoyable and can thoroughly recommend.

Great experience from the guys at Greypaul, totally converted from Porsche to Ferrari, the whole experience from my initial look around the showroom looking at the cars to see what I was interested in to the delivery day and the service afterwards was outstanding. They made me feel like a VIP. A big shout out to Frankie in sales and Nick in Service. Can't fault the service and my new Ferrari has met all my expectation.
