Visited the open day today, so much to see, the farming machinery was great...

This shop is excellent for small- and large holdings. There's a large selection of machinery outside for the professional farmer, and a parts department inside, but this outlet is equally suitable for the average pet owner.My main reason for going is for equestrian supplies, for which they are excellent. Whatever you're in need of, they should have something to tide you over, even if it's not exactly what you had in mind.They also often have products on offer, even when there's no official sale. For example, I recently bought a quality 6ft 3in full neck 300gsm stable neck for £35!There's also a gift section, which is nice to peruse, even if just 'window shopping'.Finally, the staff are lovely; approachable, helpful, and they'll load all heavy goodsfor you without complaint. For customers like me, who have physical difficulties, this is essential.

I like the interesting animal things here. I pop in occasionally for dog and chicken feed (it's not near my home).I spend half an hour looking at everything and making small impulse buys.The place is clean and well laid out, and the staff are always super friendly and patient with an old woman who never speaks to another human from one week to the next, and thus wants to chatter.I can highly recommend the place for pet owners and horsey people alike.

Disappointing service, an hour and a half before closing wouldn't help with a fitting for a body protector. Said they were too busy (didn't look it) so went elsewhere and they lost a possible sale.

First class store, ladies in the pet department so helpful, nothing too much trouble, would recommend to anyone wanting dog/horse products

Took my daughter to the Country Clothing to get a horse riding hat fitted on 20/09/21 . The two ladies that helped were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and getting it right was more important to them than just getting money from me. Reasonable price as well. Will use them again.

Assistant was so helpful both over the phone and In store helping me find the right type of muck boot I needed.
