Absolutely worst people setting in this firm. Especially Huzaifa Tariq, who book viewing then make excuses that weather is not suitable etc. He should resign this job.

Easy letting experience, Mr Nawaz the manager made an excellent first impression and Aidan, who managed much of the letting process, got everything in place and kept in touch with me throughout the way so I was informed. My property was let so quickly from the first meeting, I was grateful for their professional and thorough manner.

I have been renting through this agency for the past 7 years. For the first few years I didn’t use to find them particularly useful or responsive, and felt like they were quick to blame me for things needing repaired in the flat, rather than help and get them fixed. It was so bad, I would only call them if I wasn’t able to fix something myself, or if it was way too expensive, but overall I was trying to avoid it.I carried that mindset over the years. However, after the pandemic there were a few occasions in which I needed the agency to come and fix a couple of kitchen leaks and, most recently, an electrical problem. On all of these cases I was speaking to Yvonne Zmidzinska, reporting the problems and seeking solutions. To my pleasant surprise, my experience was completely different than before - Yvonne was always nice (even when I was stressed out on the phone), she was very helpful and quick to arrange a plumber/electrician to come and fix the problems in the flat. Yvonne has been very supportive and I definitely feel confident in reporting any issues with the flat to the agency now as I feel I can speak openly and honestly with her.This is the first time I can confidently say I recommend Martin&Co West End.

They have dealt with my queries very efficiently. Yvonne, the property manager, is great at customer service.
