Terrible customer service if things go wrong and the vehicle is not as described. It takes ages to get your money back from these people. An absolute nightmare to deal with.

As car prices are at a premium due to ulez, I thought I’d pop to bca blackbush to get myself a compliant car, only to be told you’re not allowed to go to site to look at the cars and then bid on them, it’s only online nowadays, well I’m sorry I would never buy a car blind.Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Wow!! Just gets better 16 desks, 6 closed permanently, then only manage to open 2!! Queue for that, then 8 people on front at collection point!! Get rid of staff and go lockers, don’t have issues like this with lockers

COVID AUCTIONS ....NOT BCA - REALLY AWFUL SERVICE !Get a new Manager and oust that Billingham man, he is an out and out liar.This centre their main one and you cannot even speak to anyone....... contact customer services, really Mr Billingham, twice today, and nothing. Had a refund recently on a misdescription ...what's new .... I contacted them minutes after buying and they took 3 days to answer after 4 calls persisting with 'customer services'A complete fool could run this place without these problems !!

Customer service is none existent, staff tell you incorrect info about how they take payments, £180 in storage/payment fees,which they take cash and debit card for, not credit card ! I wonder why... but oddly enough they won't take cash or card payments for purchasing the vehicle...they are a greedy company, why would they not want to open to the public /traders again after the pandemic? we are buying blind all the time, unfortunately these reports mean nothing, you can't hear an engine rattling when your buying online! and it doesn't always say on the report we pay £35 for, only half of them are correct!. avoid !

everything is run so smooth. they have a very nice coffee machine for a choice of drinks. i did get caught out with opening times .it opens at 8 for collection.

They are selling just rubbish cars , they are saying is warranted miles and after I tell them is discrepancy mileage they are saying is my responsibility to check and they still wanted me to buy the car , they are ticking all the boxes on the paper and when to pick the car is not even running it needs an engine . Rubbish, I wouldn't buy from them if you can but this gipsies bought all the market , they are doing the market as they want .

Plenty of cars. But the buyer commission is really high. Monday Wednesday and Friday is for Car Auction. Thursday and Saturday for van auction. £3 for catalogue price for non trade member. All 3 hall catalogue for £5. Cafe and restaurant available. Free car park
