This was our first time using East Air Conditioning and we have been really impressed. Jamie is very responsive to emails and very helpful - everything was well explained and laid out well with options etc. He was happy to send engineers for an initial first fix so that we could completely hide the AC pipes underground during our extension works, and then come again for the final installation once ready.All of the engineers that attended were polite, friendly and completed the work to a very high standard - and even offered to pop back in to take the indoor unit cover off temporarily to allow our decorator to get round the edges.Really impressed - we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Our air conditioning install with East Air Conditioning Limited was very good throughout the process from start to finish. Communications via email were excellent, the home visit effective, informative and appropriate and the quote for our work highly competitive. The 2 days of install for 3 units and 2 compressors went very smoothly indeed. All our specific needs were taken into account, the AC install team and associated electrician carried out the work to the very highest standards and the clean up each day was excellent - we would not have known they'd been there. Working with an excellent young team of professionals throughout the process and a final product that we are truly satisfied with, we would always recommend East Air Conditioning Limited to anyone. Once we have saved up a bit more, we'll get the rest of the house done!

I found this company through a search on the internet and as they were relatively local sent them an enquiry.I had an immediate response and an estimate for me to look at, no hard sell just come back to us if you are interested.This I did and they came out and carried out a site survey, Matthew was very professional and gave me a good feeling about the company.The installation was carried out on the due date, the engineers were very friendly, thoughtful and respectful of our property.Based on our experience I would highly recommend this company for your needs attaining to air conditioning.

I would highly recommend East Air Conditioning Services. The team working on the installation were a pleasure to have around, super professional and friendly. They were also very tidy and left the house cleaner than before they'd arrived! We opted for the Daikin units in various colours (depending on the room) and I'm really pleased with how they look. We used East Air Conditioning this week for a complete installation. From initial enquiry we had an immediate response from Jamie East, and he was with us within 3 days to assess and provide a quote, which we received within hours.We had asked another company to quote as well, but East were more efficient, offered problem solving suggestions and a better price.Rob Day from Electricam who works alongside East, visited to ensure that the electrical needs were met, and his price was included in Jamie’s quote.The week of the planned installation we were advised of an arrival time, and the installers, Josh & Wayne arrived exactly on time on the day. They wore inner shoes and had clean dust mats. They were totally respectful of our property at all times.The installation was completed exactly as planned with the support of a lovely electrician Luke from Electricam.The installation required trunking around a newly clad property.
