Hartford Dry Cleaning

Went into the premises today and a small man was being extremely rude to an older lady. I was completely ignored as he continued to make smug comments to her on what sounded like a dry clean that at had obviously gone terribly wrong.Baffled how some people have given them a good rating, so can only presume he must be a new employee. Needless to say that I won’t be going back and advise others to do the same.As can be seen from the reply posted, he miraculously came up with the exact date even though I hadn’t mentioned it.So unless this happens on a daily basis (which I suspect it could) he managed to conjure it up even though he mentioned I wasn’t supposed to be there !!Keep away he can’t be trusted

Great experience, brought a dress in that had a red wine stain on it after a good night out. It is now immaculate, Craig always does a great job! I have been a customer for many years and will continue to return. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Recently had my electric blanket laundered at this dry cleaners. Just collected it earlier today and all I can say is that what a superb job they have done. The blanket was beautifully cleaned, beautifully presented ready for collection all at a reasonable price this is not the first time I have had a electric blanket cleaned by Hartford dry cleaners so I knew what to expect and so was not disappointed. Whilst I could have done it myself in my own washing machine, I thought it was best left to the experts which I am glad that I did as the result was truly professional! well done from one delighted customer

The coat was spotless and puffed back up to it’s original form. I couldn’t recommend them anymore. Craig (the owner) is a dream. It’s a real pleasure to see someone so passionate about what they do. Fantastic service. I had 3 pairs of very well used curtains dry cleaned and pressed to perfection. They are now just like new. Thank you so much for having them ready so quickly and even before the agreed collection date. I can highly recommend this service.
