Absolutely appalled by someone reviewing a highly thought of local wedding supplier so badly! Carrot and his wife have been absolutely indespensible for my wedding planning, meeting us outside of working hours, as we work all week. Viewing the venue, listening to exactly what we wanted and the vision of how I want it to look. Lots of friendly advice and guidance of what will and won't work in terms of speakers and PA systems. I can't wait to have my big day and mostly all down to this company's great customer service and support to make it happen. DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE FAKE LYING REVIEWS.

The whole team were absolutely incredible when we booked our Wedding marquee with them. We shopped around quite a bit and not only were these guys the most polite, knowledgeable and informative, they were by far the cheapest! Their customer service in the lead up was second to none, answering everything we need know (and there were a lot of questions!)On the weekend of the wedding itself the set up team were amazing, absolute gents, who did an magnificent job of making our marquee absolutely perfect! They even came back the next day to add in a walkway/tunnel and heating when the weather made a turn for the worst.Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much :)

Absolutely horrified to hear that a vindictive person/people are leaving fake negative reviews. 24 Carrot events supported our Charity event last September in Swansea, their kindness, professionalism and patience is outstanding and did everything to make our day a success for the community. They went above and beyond any expectations we had and offered a first class service. We even received a refund on some of the services offered because they liaised with other companies promoting our charity and our cause. Absolutely phenomenal. We always recommend 24 Carrot Events for customers looking to hire a marquee for extra space. The reason for this is that over the last 12 years they have always been great to deal with, flexible with our requirements, quick at getting the job done and the customers have always been happy with the final result (usually wedding parties with extremely high expectations!)

I have worked with Hannah and Carrot on a number of occasions over the years and their service and professionalism is second to none. Being as I teach Events Management for a living I'm quite fussy, but you cannot fault their expertise, service and can do attitude! Always a pleasure to work with.

We used 24 carrot for our wedding reception Marquee. The service we received was 5 star. I contacted the team numerous times for little queries or to add in extras and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend!

What a fantastic marquee company. They are a small family run business and we hired a marquee for 80 for our wedding in Boncath. They were very good at communicating with me throughout and helping when we wanted to change and adjust our order. You can also order most extras through them, like portaloos and generators etc. When it came to putting up the marquee, they were so friendly. They offered up advice and solutions based on issues we were having with the weather and never made us feel like we were wasting their time. They really made us feel like they would do anything to make sure the wedding day ran smoothly and we were happy with the marquee. And the marquee itself was stunning. Can't recommend highly enough!

Incredibly professional service - come highly recommended! I have worked as a photographer at multiple weddings where 24 Carrot have provided event services. They have been the ultimate professionals, providing a wonderful service, with their clients regularly expressing how pleased they are with their attention to detail. They regularly win awards for the quality of their service. They have also provided help to many local charities, including the local playground I am involved with running.
