Was great at first, team were friendly, easy to contact and the sales team were pleasant, and snags were initially dealt with quickly. However, as soon as we completed the survey for them they’ve been extremely poor. Almost 2 years on now and I’m still waiting for snags to be rectified that we’re reported the day I received the keys. Would avoid purchasing from St Modwen in the future. If you do decide to purchase from them avoid the solicitors they recommend (Davies and Partners), they were beyond useless and were more expensive than the going rate at the time.
