Went in to trade my helmet as part of a promotion, and got 40% off a new helmet! Completely stoke with the service. They also had the colour that was out off stock online. The Staff were very helpful in choosing the correct size as well as being very friendly.

Popped in for a quick rear mech hanger realignment at the start of a 10d cycling trip. Staff were quick to fit my in to fix it on the spot - greatly appreciated. However, was charged £20 for a 5 minute job which seemed a bit steep. Replacement bought online afterwards at almost half that price.

I recently took my bike to this shop to fix an annoying clicking sound coming from around the rear mech, cassette or wheel. They replaced the rear mech which was surprising as I had a nearly new one. They told me the problem was sorted but on a ride a few days later it was worse. When I returned the bike they tried to tell me I had taken the bike in for gears indexing. They basically tried to accuse me of lying but they were lying to me. They clearly didn't know how to fix the bike and tried to fob me off with a part I didn't need. When I asked for my money back they were rude and refused to refund me. After a long argument I got my money back and have since sorted the problem. Will not be using them again. Be careful taking your bike to this place, they are expensive, rude and offering a service they can't fulfill.
