From beginning to end, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and explained to us exactly what was required. A previous plumber left us with a leaking tap in the kitchen and a shower which was always set to very hot. I spoke to Ben on the phone and he advised me which part to order for the shower in advance as it was under guarantee. He came around at the agreed time (I left a key), fixed both problems quickly and then phoned later to explain what the problem had been and even sent before and after video clips. Fortunately for us, he also spotted a big problem with the way that the previous plumber had fitted the shower to the tiles which would have caused a major leak and fixed that too. Thanks so much.

Benjamin Perry did plumbing jobs for us but he is multi skilled and can do other house maintenance jobs as well . Prompt service , very pleasant ,very patient, Explained the job in hand very clearly and went to a lot of trouble to achieve the best end result . Ben has done many jobs over the year, replaced my toilet, draught proof my garage, put tv on wall , replace light fittings , unblock sinks, and replace part of my shed roof.Always done with a smile and he takes pride in his work, I always call when I need a job done. Ben is definitely my go-to tradesman now. He came out at short notice during lock-down, all kitted out in extensive PPE to keep us and himself safe, to unblock the bath and sink - He took the utmost trouble and care and his charge was very reasonable. he is a star.

We suffered a flooding in our upstairs shower room. I have never seen so much water, which also flooded our kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. I found Ben on our local emergency trade register and he was with us within an hour. He secured the pipe and reassured us that the problem was fixed. He then arranged a further call to repair the faulty cistern. His work was first class, his customer care was first class and we would thoroughly recommend him.

I had an issue with my central heating, I have to say I had spoken to a number of other plumbers/tradesman who had overpromised and underdelivered. Ben, on the other hand was prompt, on the ball and solved all my heating problems. He's articulate, courteous and takes the time to explain the work he is carrying out. I will be using Ben again.
