I decided to go here for the first time last month, in nervous about going to a new hair salon due to past mess ups. My experience of hair 21 was brilliant. All the staff are just lovely, so friendly. The lady who style my hair was brilliant, super professional. She did exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn't 100% sure. She really listened to me. My hair was fulling out due to being postnatal and I was so self conscious about it. She gave me confidence and helped my hair start to grow stronger. I've recommended hair 21 to everyone. I know my sister is really happy with the service she received too.

Absolutely fabulous! Love having my hair styled by Steve & Ellie at Hair 21. Aside from a wonderful end result at a more than reasonable price, the salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere & I look forward to my appointments. Customer satisfaction could not be a higher priority for them! Thank you!

Fantastic salon, I was very nervous as I wanted a drastic cut and this was a new salon for me having had a bad experience elsewhere previously. Steve was brilliant, very skilled and made me relax really quickly, the atmosphere is great and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend!

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hair cuts my daughter and myself had from Charlotte were superb. Really relaxing and restful experience at a new hairdressers for us. Definitely highly recommended.

I have been coming to Cut 21 for nearly a year now and find it a wonderful place for a haircut. Ellie is a great stylist -always listens and checks I’m happy. She is also very personable as well as professional. I’m always really pleased with the cut. Prices at Cut 21 are also excellent.
