Garry was completely professional throughout. Getting an initial fire-risk assessment can be a bit daunting and, to be honest, a bit threatening. Garry put me at ease through the process and thoroughly explained all the issues, whilst never compromising on safety issues. He came in at better value than most, too. What's not to like??
