Sassy is the right word! I made an enquiry and was met with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Disgusting way to treat potential customers. It's a shame I cant share the photographs of the conversation which would show who the timewaster is! It explains the star rating and the lack of reviews.

My two little dogs were groomed yesterday. They are both very old and nervous, so I was rather worried about them. However, Elaine put me (and the dogs) at our ease. She did an excellent job and the dogs are now looking very smart, after their stress free beauty treatment.
