Cannot fault Telecom Central - from start to finish the transition from analog to internet lines was seamless. Transferring from current provider to Telecom Central also dealt with efficiently and professionally. Jamie (our engineer) was knowledgable, informative and super helpful. Definitely recommend this company.

We switched to Telecom Central six months back and since starting out I've always looked after the configuration of settings myself. However having spent ages trying to get some of the more advanced features working I got in touch with the support team and Jamie had it all set up and working in 10 minutes. Great telephone support on Avaya IP Office 500 very experienced, their engineers helped us upgrade my version 9 telephone system to a current version 11, allowing us to setup remote workers securely. Highly recommended.
