Just traded my vehicle in against a Ford Ranger at Lookers Leeds. The sales lady, Agnes, was first class from the start to finish of the whole process and everything was handled swiftly and professionally. Well where do i start, Darren was outstanding in sales no hard sell just listened to what i wanted and sorted it right away, collected vehicle within 4 days, now this is where it went wrong but with the excellent service from all at Lookers i can not leave them nothing but 5 stars, once i collected the vehicle and got it home i noticed it was losing oil, not a problem i got it booked in with them and was looked after by Jake in service ( Lookers you need to give this guy a massive bonus. ) Jake kept in touch all the way through the repair with updates etc, it did take 4/5 weeks to get it sorted due to parts being on back order . Other customers would have been shouting and screaming at these guys but not me, things happen and at the end of the day it’s a mechanical issue not the salesman’s fault not the front of house guys fault. But i must say i am so glad i bought it from Lookers excellent service and it has resorted my faith back into main dealers .

Really happy with the service I received at this dealership. Came down with a specific request and Jordan was able to source and reserve a vehicle for me within minutes of speaking to him. A week later, picking up the new vehicle. Helpful from start to finish with no complaints whatsoever. 10/10 would recommend.
