Darren and John did an exceptional job on my carpets, karndean flooring and the outside patio. The carpets hadn't been cleaned for a few years and have come up to almost a ew condition. The kitchen floor did not loot particularly dirty but once Darren worked his magic it was dirty and is now looking good. The outside patio is crazy paving and had lots of weeds etc growing in between the slabs but now all gone and it looks as good as when it was laid over 30 years ago. I have no hesitation of recommending Cross Specialist Cleaners and considered that I had a professional job done at a competitive price

My 2 year old had spilt blue acrylic paint on our carpet and we thought we would have to replace but luckily Darren came to our rescue. He did an amazing job and Managed to get the paint out! Would totally recommend to anyone with stains they think are beyond help!

Fantastic service by a true professional. All stains (including fox poo!) removed from lounge and hall carpets. They look as good as new and one carpet was at least 20 years old. Would highly recommend.

Darren is a true professional and an expert in his field in my opinion. This is the second time I've had him in for an emergency spot clean. This time was for sick in a carpet... Grim! Darren came in used an amazing product, dealt with odour and stains and thoroughly cleaned my sons room and even left us with a fan so we would have it dry by bedtime!! Darren is friendly and considerate, he explains things well and is clearly passionate about his vocation. We will be getting him back soon!

Darren popped round to quote for my living room carpet - the price was slightly more than I expected but when I saw the results from the clean I was totally amazed. 100% worth the money, the carpets look new and he was able to get out stains I didn't think would EVER come out (red wine oops). He's coming back to restore my scuffed floors next week! Great work - couldn't recommend enough.

Brilliant Job. I had seen some of Darren's work online with before and after pictures so no hesitation in accepting a quote for the carpet cleaning and deodorisation. I had seen some cheap carpet cleaning completed at my parents home so I wanted to make sure I paid for a quality job. The price is totally justified, this was a full carpet restoration and they were back to new. I can not believe how good a job Darren has done and the pride in his work shows in the results. Highly recommend Darren from Cross Specialist Cleaning. He has just spent the day cleaning our (embarrassingly dirty!) limestone floor. The floor was laid before we moved in and we have never really liked it, due to its dull and increasingly dirty appearance. To the point where we have been thinking about ripping it up and replacing it with wood! But we are absolutely delighted with our 'new' floor. It is stunning.Darren is professional, courteous and a delight to have around. Of the three companies we contacted about the job - he was the only one to actually come out and see the floor and assess it. He really cares about doing a good job. Darren did an amazing job with our dull and grimy sandstone floor - it now looks immaculate and has a beautiful soft sheen. He explained the process carefully and worked extremely conscientiously.
