Geoff was very kind and helpful. Although I have chosen not to get my laptop serviced, he was still willing to take a look at it and determine if the parts were available to fix. I was very thankful for his time.

Mr shred came out to my house , and installed pc and tower got everything up and running and explaned everything in a way I as an OAP could understand. I highly recommend his business if you have a problem just give him a call.

Geoff was very professional, polite and offered a very good service.Fixed our laptop hard drive fail and installed windows 10. All sorted within 24 hrs of making the initial call to him.Geoff seems to know his stuff and is more than willing to go that extra mile and at very reasonable prices.Our laptop is now faster than ever and like new.From our experience we'd recommend using PC breakdown. We'll certainly be using them again.

My Antivirus software kept blocking trojan virus from infecting computer but couldn't remove it. Geoff was recommended to me by someone in my village whose computer he had worked on.Geoff was polite and professional and advised he had two other jobs he was working on so wasn't expecting a swift resolution. However, within 24 hours I had my computer back with the virus removed and all for a very reasonable price.Very happy with the service received and will certainly call him again when necessary and also recommend him to friends with any computer problems.

Very good service. I phoned this morning regarding my faulty laptop and was given instant advice, free of charge (and it has worked). I was also quoted a very reasonable price to look at my lap top if I was unable to fix it myself. Would definitely recommend.

Geoff was extremely helpful and polite. He did a fantastic job removing denatured liquid metal paste (nasty stuff to remove) for new composite paste on my AW15R3 GPU and CPU. Great turnaround time. Highly recommend.
