I wanted to write this review for Dr Peter George’s secretary/ PA. Angela. I don’t have the right vocabulary to describe how utterly amazing she is. Just outstanding care. Dr George is both a unique and gifted Doctor. My condition is rare and complex ( like me ) thank you Angela … what an amazing job you do. I appreciate every second you help me.Best wishes. Roberta

Reassuring and very competent environment. Mammogram and Ultrasound results on the same day and most importantly you just know if you need further tests you are in very safe hands.

I have had a 5 star experience with Dr Jason Dunn & his team at One Welbeck in September 2023. Dr Dunn is a truly outstanding surgeon whose diagnosis & care has radically improved my health. Had a great experience at the clinic today even though the procedure was not a pleasant one. Staff were friendly, and professional so I felt well looked after. I was very well informed and advised by doctors and all proceeded as planned and scheduled. Nurse Klara went out of her way to accommodate me without an appointment- thank you!

The endoscopy team looked after me so well before, during and after my colonoscopy. It really is worth every penny when you have such a competent, caring and kind team. Thank you all so much.

This could only be a 5* review. From the moment I step into the building until I left, the care I recieved was superb. It started with a friendly greeting at reception where i was directed to where I needed to be. The building was lovely and clean The nursing staff kept me informed through the whole procedure but most importantly Dr Christopher Wadsworth made me feel like I was his only patient, he was very professional, kind and had the nicest bedside Manor and he gave me all the information I needed, I couldn't recommend this Doctor enough. I rarely write reviews but if you are lucky enough to be booked in with this doctor you are in safe hands.

Basing my review. On my care received today!At 10am I went in for a surgery. My first ever surgery! My nerves were through the roof. But not only did the nurses and doctors help calm me. They assured everything would be okay! I love how thorough they are to ensure the chance for mistakes is minimal. All of their team post op are lovely also! I was sick a few times and was worried I’d torn my sutures. However my surgeon. Mr Chadwan came in to assure me. He used a different method so there are no sutures and throwing up a few times won’t cause many issues. Their team whilst also very thorough are overall lovely people! I look forward to a speedy recovery and can’t wait to test my new voice! 1 week of pure silence here I come!

The staff were professional and polite making sure I felt safe and cared for. Having a medical procedure is stressful and they made it as pleasant and reassuring as possible. They provided me with all the information which meant I didn’t need to ask any questions. The clinic was modern and spotless.

The experience in the clinic itself is great, everything is well organized and clean, it’s enjoyable.*BUT*, the post consultation process is a disaster, I came a first time for a consultation and blood test, the team took more than a month despite the numerous calls I’ve made to receive a follow up.When I received the follow up and had to do a CT Scan, I had another great experience at the clinic BUT it’s been now 2 weeks, I called the clinic 7 times and despite the promises that I would receive the results, I still have nothing.The initial timeline that the clinic communicated to get the results was 24h.It’s overall extremely disappointing, time consuming and frustrating.
