Really lovely friendly staff, very quick appointment but signage needs to be more prominent on the main signs by front entrance

Disappointed when I saw the consultant who was texting on her phone and barely looked up to speak to me. After the consultation she returned to her phone and didn't even have the civilty to say goodbye!

I had a really positive experience at this unit, the staff were so friendly, efficient and cheerful and it made a worrying time easier. Thank you all very much.
