Colin was lovely to speak to on the phone but the workmanship of his employees is terrible. The window film is full of bubbles and the windows have been damaged from the improper and careless application. rubbish was left in the house and garden and mud staining on the carpets from the men that attended. Spoke to Colin about our concerns and disappointment, he knocked a little off the invoice but it has cost so much more than this to fix the windows. Have emailed again after he advised that the bubbles would disappear after a few months (which of course they did not) and have had no response. Would not recommend this company at all.

Great products. Relatively easy to fit once you’ve separated the film from backing film. Doing that is the only negative-if it could be made easier it would be a great move!

This review is mostly about the General Manager Colin, who is very disappointing to say the least and doesn’t understand customer service. I had an installation done in January and waited over a month to be sure it had cured. Bubbles and lint everywhere. Just look at the pics. It’s awful. Now because I called Colin out for trying to get out of making it right he’s refusing to do anything to rectify a job I paid over £1200 for. Seriously unbelievable. Avoid these guys like the plague. All this needed was an apology and reapplication of a few of the windows and problem solved but Colin decided to do the exact wrong thing. Flabbergasted honestly.
