Wonderful service , deserves much more than 5 stars.I Highly recommend Jewellery cave, buy from them with confidence.I bought two diamond tennis bracelets in 2015, one for me and another for my daughter, when they were delivered they were truly beautiful, lovely quality and so much cheaper than other suppliers we had tried, I have worn my bracelet a great deal over the years and recently noticed a slight gap between links, I contacted Jonathan who immediately said send it back to me

We had had a quote from a jeweller locally but were surprised by the high cost. We decided to look further before committing and came across Jewellery Cave (specifically diamond-bracelets.co.uk). Their prices seemed very reasonable so we decided to visit them in Finchley, London. We were a little put off at first by the stark facia of the shop frontage and, on entry to the shop, by the rather chaotic interior - very different to the plush jewellers we had already visited. However, things changed dramatically when we had met Tom and Jonathan. They are warm and down to earth and we felt they genuinely wanted to give us a fantastic product at a good price. And this is what happened. After looking at many samples my wife chose exactly what she had had in mind and dreamt of. It arrived today as it had to be made for her due her small wrists. Presentation was excellent and it looks superb. She has ended up with a bracelet that is beautifully made with much larger and higher quality diamonds than those we had previously seen. Certificates of authenticity are always offered on a purchase, of various kinds.Useful for insurance.Incidentally, whenever I’ve visited I’ve made an appointment in advance, letting them know what I’m hoping to buy.The more specific I can be, the better for both parties: it means less waiting for me and they can even have things ready and waiting.

Have been using this brilliant father & son team for several years now. They are friendly, honest & 110% professional.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good family business to deal with where you are made to feel incredibly welcome & looked after like an old family friend.

Jonathan at Jewellery Cave is such a gentleman and makes beautiful jewellery. He made our beautiful weddings rings - mine sits beautifully next to my engagement ring :) Reasonably priced, fab products and great customer service, would highly recommend!!
