I hired a space in this storage,which I kept for half year. They gave me a quotation valid for one month and when I contacted them two weeks later they tried to charge me more. After I sent them few emails with the proof of the first quotation they sent me, finally they decided to respect that first quotation. The experience at the storage was ok. However, I feel very disappointed with the last charge. I was given a wrong information by the staff who attended me in store. I did asked him if I was going to be charged for the whole two weeks notice period if I leave the storage 4 days earlier, otherwise I would empty it after the two weeks notice period had passed. He replied that it should be enough days of notice and I should be charged just till the day I did empty the store. Nevertheless, they did finally charge me for the whole two weeks notice period. I don't think that giving the clients incorrect information is the best way to keep them coming back or making new clients.

Great service and pleasant staff, who guided me through the entire process and was very competent in answering all questions I had. The location is great and ease of access is the easiest I've experienced in dealing with storage facilities. Hopefully this will continue to be a smooth transaction until move-out day.

Good value for money. Parking could be a bit bigger.

Lovely customer service. We had a stressful packing & removal service beforehand as our belongings had been underestimated. Mark was super efficient and reassuring, helping to make sure our storage needs were met and just generally being a comfort. Thanks so much Mark!
