My first order of logs and kindling arrived early this morning with Walter and his buddy calling first to make sure the early delivery was ok for me. What a brilliant company and team. The logs are fabulous and delivery was excellent. From the phone order with Kirsty late last week to delivery this morning the whole experience is seamless. Logs were carried and stacked in my garage, the guys full of smiles and were so professional. I paid when I ordered and Walter passed me my full invoice and receipt and the free sample of wood firelighters. I won't go anywhere else for burner wood now. Can't recommend highly enough. First time I’ve used Maple Biomass and can’t fault them at all. They couldn’t have been more helpful when I had to rearrange a delivery. And when it did come the guys who delivered it were brilliant. Got a call half hour before they were due and they left the logs as close as possible to my gate. 100% recommend

Really pleased with the service and quality of the logs from Lucy initially in sales catering too my needs as needed a specific time delivery she was very proffesional and polite too the delivery men Maurice and Walter who were very helpful so I am really happy overall thanks guys .

Just received my delivery of 3 builders bags of kiln dried firewood for this coming Winter. I ordered this back in August and had it delivered end of October to save storage space until needed. Great service, friendly delivery man, happy customer. Highly recommend.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to order quick friendly delivery, good quality dry hardwood logs at a good price.

We had a delivery of firewood delivered early September and have now burnt some of the wood. It burnt cleanly and lasted longer than our previous suppliers wood. Friendly staff when ordered and by the delivery chap. Whole heartedly recommend them. Next step is place another order :-).

Another fantastic log delivery from Walter at Maple Biomass. Dragged it into the garage for me, so that I didn’t have to worry about getting it in out of the rain and gave me a call ahead of time to let me know when he was arriving. 5* review as always!!
