Great kennels , really clean and welcoming and Joe and Co are really friendly and helpful. My dog Hoĺlie spent 5 nights here and l couldn't of been more confident in leaving her in good hands, l also received a WhatsApp video and could see she was happy and out for a walk wagging her tail . I would definately use this kennel again .

Fabulous! What can I say, from initially speaking to Joe I was greeted in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. He understood my dogs needs - high maintenance! Mia loved it, so much so that she was still more interested in fussing Joe than she was me when I picked her up! Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use Ashwood again.

Ashwood House Pet Resort
This was our first time leaving our dog with Joe and I couldn't be more pleased. We had used our previous kennels for 11 years and unfortunately, they closed down. I was really worried about leaving our 12 year old Jack Russell in a new place but he was absolutely fine. The free bath service was a massive bonus as we didn't have to chuck him in the bath as soon as we got home. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be going back.

I booked 2 dogs in for 3 nights whilst I was having surgery. After waiting all day in hospital the surgery was cancelled and I rang at 4.30 and asked if I could them collect them. Joe was lovely and to his credit he didn't charge me for the second day. Will be rebooking when I have to go back in.

Joe and Andrew are really friendly and have a genuine care for dogs. I have taken my dog Gino now for two years and he is always well cared for. Joe even sends me photos/videos of Gino. I would highly recommend Ashwood House

We placed our dog here this year for the first time and we were so glad we did. Joe is so lovely very welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. Our dog was happy and well cared for, will definitely use again.

Ashwood House Pet Resort
We just had our 2 dogs stay with Joe for 8 nights. It was the first time we’d ever had any of our dogs at kennels so were a little apprehensive. Joe sent us videos and pics whilst we were away which reassured us they were happy and doing well. When we got back it was clear the dogs were happy and comfortable and had a good time. They were healthy with wagging tails so what more could we ask for. They even had a bath before coming home which is a really nice touch. Thanks Joe for looking after them so well and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ashwood to anyone.

Great kennels, very friendly and know their stuff.They took Bear in at short notice and for longer than first discussed.Joe could not have been more helpful and Bear will definitely be back again.Thanks for all the help and great service.
