This place is the absolute worst place to go if you are expecting anything that can even be remotely considered Customer Service. I don't know if it's because it's a Russian place and America is supporting Ukraine, but I received the coldest, most hostile treatment I have ever encountered in a place of business, at this rumpy-pumpy Russian establishment. And I have been all over England! Two rude and inexplicably angry women attended the store, and looked like they were about to throw me out, the second I entered the store. I asked if they carried Magarine or Butter, and they both glared balefully at me. Time crawled by. I knew they had heard the question. More time crawled by. Then a customer said Yes they do carry Butter"

A wonderful addition to the neighbourhood. In-house made deli section is superb with the most indulgent homemade napoleon cake. Great selection and super friendly staff.
