What a great business. Zowie and Gareth are lovely - I bought an 80 cm kadai and literally all the accessories! Have had tremendous fun with it. Today I took delivery of my kadai benches to complete the look! All dealings with Heart, Smoke and Soul and been both friendly, kind and yet professional too.

We were looking for an outdoor oven and found Zowie & Gareth who gave us so much information on the phone and invited us to their showroom the following day to experience a full English breakfast cooked in the wood oven which was fantastic.They were so incredibly welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't have done more for us.Knowing we were having a party the following week they ensured that we had received our oven in time, it arrived within 3 days and we've not stop using it. 3 weeks and 3 party's in!!!The Alfa oven looks fab and is so easy to get going.We've cooked pizzas, slow roasts and bread so far and many more meals to come.If you want good advice & amazing service this is the company for you, couldn't rate them highly enough.Jo JenkinsMasterChef finalist.

Zowie and Gareth have been extremely accommodating and are very knowledgeable about BBQs and garden furnishings! They are delightful to deal with and work only with companies whose ethos mirror their own. They supply a range of really interesting equipment and furniture which have hugely enhanced our outdoor space. I have learnt a lot just from our interactions and will stay in touch for more tips and advice on BBQs and outdoor cooking :)

I attended one of the recent open days at Heart Smoke & Soal, the food was glorious. It has given me lots of ideas for my outdoor project next year. They tell me they are going to be holding cooking courses shortly, I can't wait for this! The showroom is a must visit place, we were also welcomed with drinks on arrival and brought the dog, what more could we ask for. !!!!!!

We can't recommend Zowie and the team at Heart Smoke & Soal highly enough, going out of their way to find us our barbeque at short notice which allowed us to go ahead with our annual friends and family party. The Beefeater grill is fantastic, a great centre piece to our new outdoor kitchen.Thanks Zowie and team

Fantastic all-round experience, even though everything was done remotely - from the initial design & planning, all the way through to the installation (including the usual complications), the Heart Smoke & Soal team were committed and on top of everything. Would use again 1000% !!

What a fantastic place! Zoe is just amazing, so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful. She went though numerous options for an outside oven to ensure we purchased the correct one to suit our needs. Nothing was to much trouble and she answered all our questions in a straightforward and honest manner. Since our purchase we have contacted Zoe several times with questions. She always returns our emails promptly answering our queries and is interested in how we are getting on trying different aspects of the oven. Its refreshing to find someone who is genuinely passionate about what she sells and cares about her customers afterwards.We purchased a Traeger ironwood 650 oven. Its extremely well built and to date the dishes we have cooked have been excellent.This has included fish, chicken and a joint of lamb using some of the rubs and different impregnated wood pellets we have brought. We are still very much in the experimental mode and looking forward to joining Zoe for a days cookery course in June. During the day she will concentrate on how to get the best from our Traeger oven.We are very excited to learn and are looking forward to the day.

I ordered a cast iron sauce pot with brush for a Christmas present - excellent value compared to another competitor! The order was promptly dealt with and dispatched within timescale. Sadly the Royal Mail strike then got in the way. RM could not provide any meaningful updates to either me or the company. The company kept in touch, advised a final posting date with a promise to send out a replacement then if still not delivered. It didn't arrive so another was dispatched and notified to me. Over the next couple of days, they both arrived pre-Christmas! A great product and much appreciated by the recipient.I found this company easy to deal with and had a clear customer service commitment.Thank you for all your effort. You are now in my list of online retailers to go to and I would happily recommend both your service and products to friends.
