Didn't purchase anything, but needed help with something urgent on a Saturday when all other suspension specialists were closed. The lad on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and generally a joy to talk to. If I lived closer I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop.

Did a full service last year on my Fox Shock. Shock developed small fault through no fault of Plush and they repaired free of charge 11 months later. They want to look after customers long term, highly recommended

Came in for a suspension set up. Canyon spectral, Annoyingly can't remember the dude that set it up but he was brilliant! (Pretty sure it began with a k so we'll call him that) K was Super knowledgeable! and easy to talk to. Really took his time to explain everything to me. All the guys going in and out were friendly! Really nice relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended and will be coming back in the future!

I was in the middle of a panic attack(ptsd and autism) when these most wonderful people called to let me know they had completed the work. They where kind and understanding and managed to solve an issue with payment with out adding any extra stress. Customer service is top notch. helping in a extremely stressful situation by just being super professional with a human response. Thank you so much guys

Sent items off to be serviced, was told 48hr (working days) turnaround, had our gear for a total of 10 days with no communication and had to keep calling to chase up. Not happy, won’t use again!

Would give 0 stars if i could !Rang up originally to order a coil shock for my trek rail. Upon phoning was soon told i would be best to chat with Gabe" via email as i wanted a few questions answered about the push Indistry shock i was looking to buy.... started this email thread 2 months ago..... here we are 2 months later after me having the chat with "Gabe" and confirming the go ahead to get me prices together so i can pay and get the shock i wanted ready etc
