Amazing craftsmanship and workmanship. I have got 4 rings resized (made them smaller to fit) for my baby size fingers. Couldn’t be happier. I cant see where the joint is. The customer service is second to none. Ren and Sheena are both very courteous and professional. A five star experience each time.

First class service! I needed my wedding band resizing, other jewellers told me that it would take at least a week, The Gold Workshop only took 10 minutes. They originally quoted me £40 however when I collected the ring they only charged me £10 as they could shrink the ring without cutting it.

Highly recommended, went in to get 2 items mended a necklace with a broken clasp which he fixed whilst talking about a second item. A ring that the diamond had fallen out of. The ring was fixed in an hour and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you very much and I’ll be using them again of any jewellery related issues.

Ren and Sheena run a lovely, very welcoming shop. My fiancé and I have used there services multiple times now. We have used them for rings and necklace pendant’s, and they have done an outstanding job on both. Can not recommend highly enough. Would give more stars if I could.I posted my ring to be resized and had to resend due to me not measuring my finger properly. I was sent a measurer to help me at no extra charge and had my ring back both times within 2 days.Lovely people and great communication throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.Price was so much lower than anywhere else and would encourage anyone to use.

This set-up, husband and wife, a personal and professional business deserves only the best of success!! I took my signet ring in today, purchased from a designer, whilst in Italy. They perfectly sized it down within 30 minutes! The price was totally under priced - I paid them above their asking cost! Normally, you take a piece to a jeweller, they send it away for a week or so and charge a fortune!Thank you for your personal service!

My wife and I called in today to have her engagement ring, eternity ring cleaned, both replated and resized. I had my wedding band polished and we are both very impressed and the service was quick, efficient and most off all, the work is outstanding. Thank you!
